Welcome to use the fresh and frozen product purchasing and related services provided by Milomall (hereinafter referred to as "we"). These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and us. Please read these Terms carefully before using the services. Using our services indicates that you have fully understood and agreed to all contents of these Terms.
  1. Order Rules: Submitting an order through the platform shall be deemed as your purchase offer. After receiving the order, we will verify the inventory and confirm the information. Once confirmed, we will send an order confirmation notice, and the order will be officially established. If we are unable to fulfill the order due to insufficient inventory, substandard product quality, or incorrect information provided by you, we have the right to cancel the order, notify you in a timely manner, and fully refund the paid amount.
  1. Product Description and Liability: We will truthfully display product information such as name, specification, origin, shelf life, and storage conditions. Due to the characteristics of fresh and frozen products, there may be reasonable deviations in actual weight and appearance, which shall not be deemed as quality issues. You shall properly store the products in accordance with the indicated storage conditions after receipt. We shall not be liable for product deterioration caused by improper storage. If the product has quality problems (such as thawing, deterioration, damage, etc.), please contact customer service within 24 hours after signing for receipt and provide relevant evidence. We will assume the liability for return, exchange or compensation in accordance with the law.
  1. Payment Terms: You shall complete the payment in the manner specified by the platform after submitting the order, and the order will take effect upon successful payment. If payment is not made within the time limit, the order will be automatically cancelled. The platform supports a variety of legal payment methods. All payment transactions are guaranteed by third-party payment institutions. We do not store your complete payment information, only record necessary transaction vouchers.
  1. Delivery and Signing: You agree to accept the delivery service in accordance with the delivery scope, time limit and fee standards announced on the platform (see the order page for details). Please inspect the product packaging and status on the spot when signing for receipt. If you find packaging damage or product abnormalities, you may refuse to sign and contact customer service in a timely manner. Entrusting others to sign for receipt shall be deemed as your personal confirmation that the product is free of objections, and relevant quality complaints will not be accepted afterwards.
  1. Return and Exchange Policy: Fresh and frozen products are special commodities and will not be returned or exchanged once signed for receipt, except for quality issues. To apply for return or exchange due to quality problems, you need to keep the original product packaging intact, the product unused, and provide valid evidence. We will arrange on-site pickup or guide the return process after verification, and the relevant costs shall be borne by us.
  1. User Obligations: When using the services, you shall comply with national laws, regulations and platform rules. You shall not use the platform to engage in fraudulent, fake transactions or other illegal activities, nor upload or disseminate illegal or infringing information. If your behavior violates these Terms or relevant regulations, we have the right to suspend or terminate the services and reserve the right to pursue legal liability.
  1. Update and Effectiveness of Terms: These Terms may be updated due to business adjustments or legal revisions. After the update, they will be posted in prominent positions on the platform. Continuing to use the services after the posting shall be deemed as your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated content, you may stop using the services. Milomall reserves the final right to interpret these Terms. In case of disputes, both parties shall resolve them through negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where the platform is located for litigation.
